Introducing the new 2024 harvest from our multi-award winning producer in the Andalucía region of Spain. Situated between Málaga and Sevilla, this family business has completely transformed in just a couple of years under the direction of Marina, whose father's family had been making oil for generations. From a new mobile milling machine for precision quality to converting the groves organic—she has overhauled everything. In return for her effort, this special batch was recognised as "The Best Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Sevilla", earning a gold star at Ecotrama.
Harvest: November 2024.
Variety: Hojiblanca, Arbequina, and Koroneiki
Polyphenols: 661 mg/kg.
Origin: Pedrera, Sevilla, Andalucía, Spain.
Process: Superior category extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from mechanical (never heat or chemical) means; 0.16% acidity. The olives are milled within *an hour* of being picked in their mobile mill (🤩). This oil is filtered.
Agriculture: 350 hectares, organically-farmed with some regenerative practices.
Soil type: Limestone.
The middle of 3 daughters in a multi-generational olive oil family, Marina set off on a journey to study the technical quality behind producing the best EVOOs.

When she returned home, she discovered her family’s oil just wasn’t good enough.

So she shut it down and started over. From a new mobile milling machine for precision quality to converting the groves organic—she overhauled everything.

And as a result, she turned her family business from just another olive oil into something *extra* and outstanding—scooping up awards and recognition in just a couple of years, including these specific to this EVOO:

Excellent customer service

Excellent ethos, olive oil and service. I ordered one of the milder EVOO plus refill by mistake - I like my EVOO punchier - and when I emailed to see if I could return the unopened refill, they explained that they don't take returns but would send me a stronger-tasting oil free of charge. Brilliant company - much appreciated, thank you!

Delicious oil from Europe

This is the most delicious oil - I was always envious of our local Spanish restaurant for the oil they served with their lovely bread but honestly this Spanish oil is probably better! Such wonderful flavour, a little more zing to it and makes my sourdough bread fabulous. I now indulge every day and I really don’t buy much butter anymore.
